Whilst out for a spin , I fancied a Sunday Carvery Lunch. I came across An Poitin Stil just off the N7 in Rathcoole. On entering the car park from the main road , I was ushered to a parking space by their car park attendant, a very nice touch. The facade and grounds are adorned with many statues of animals such as lions , elephants and horses with some rather nice trailing hanging baskets of flowers . I did notice a sign indication this is a museum pub. It’s rather nice , in fact I don’t remember ever spending so much time in a car park taking in the view. Inside the premises there are also other items of similar nature. The queue through the carvery area was well managed and pricing for the main selections was clearly visible . The serving area was clean and the staff serving were friendly and worked efficiently. Being new to the establishment on a rather busy Sunday . One of the staff showed me to a vacant table. The carvery meal itself was as good as any I have had at any similar establishment in recent times and is similarly priced. There is ample space between tables , so there was never a feeling of being crowded . Overall a very pleasant experience and a great value Sunday Carvery Lunch. Their website is a good representation of their business , just missing pricing on carvery items, although maybe I have to dig deeper to find it or maybe it changes frequently. Overall highly recommended a bit more than just food and drink here . Parking: Parking usher on site on Sunday
